How To Add a Contact Form To Your Pages
There is a cool little bit of text that you can insert in your page that can add a contact form. You can do this on any post or page, and it’s real easy to do.
All you do is copy and paste the following code in to your post or page,
This is the default text. If you go to your settings and create a new form this may change.
